We strive to provide excellence in patient care in an environment that is respectful, compassionate and supportive of the body’s natural tendency towards self-healing.
Our clinic provides family medical care and offers unique osteopathic manipulation approaches that identify and treat physical, emotional and biochemical imbalances.
We look forward to walking with you on your journey to complete health and wellness.
Dr. Higginbotham is board certified in family practice, specializing in mind / body medicine. He has been in practice for
more than 30 years and his unique training spans both traditional and alternative approaches. His expertise is in
identifying unique factors contributing to persistent physical ailments and thyroid dysfunction.
Dr. Higginbotham is highly sought for solutions to conditions rather than symptom treatment. His practical and detailed knowledge of "body reads" makes him a popular preceptor for a number of Osteopathic and Alternative education programs.
As a senior aviation medical examiner, he provides pilot physicals and medical management to over 1,000 pilots each year, ranking in the top 1% of FAA certified physicians.
Dr. MacDonagh graduated with a Diploma of Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy, England in 1980. His training
differs from U.S. Osteopathic training in that it is based solely on comprehensive natural approaches to overall
wellness and does not include allopathic modalities such as prescription drug therapy and surgery.
Dr. MacDonagh uses different bodywork approaches including Osteopathic Manipulation, Applied Kinesiology, Fascial Distortion Model, Bowen Technique, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Massage. He incorporates wellness assessments using applied kinesiology for dietary matters, stress evaluation and reduction; a major focus being to provide information to encourage re-establishing balance and knowledge on how to stay well. All this is considered a vital part of any wellness program.

She understands the importance of listening to and connecting with her patient. She believes the relationship between provider and patient should be a partnership where both parties work towards one goal-harmony of mind, body and spirit. Brittany enjoys educating and empowering patients on their journey to health and wellness.
